Almost 20 years after Axel Moschkau took over the management of the company from his father, Udo Moschkau, it is now Felix Moschkau’s turn to join the management team as a new member.
It is not often that one hears of medium-sized companies passing the baton from one generation to the next so smoothly and without friction. But it is precisely this kind of cooperation that has made KST so successful over the past 40 years, now in its third generation.
With a view to long-term succession planning, but above all to keep pace with the company’s steady growth, it was now time to take this step. As of today, Felix Moschkau is now the second managing director in Kreuzau alongside Axel Moschkau.
This step goes hand in hand with a general restructuring of the company. For example, a project and division management intermediate level has been introduced at the same time.
Long-standing KST specialists Harry Kaulen, Michael Paulick and Guido Murk are now in management positions responsible for coordinating and processing the emerging project work.
Taking into account the new hires that have already taken place this year, it is clear even from the outside that KST is poised for expansion.
We congratulate Felix Moschkau and, of course, his colleagues in the new management team on their new challenges and wish them every success.
