About KST Moschkau GmbH
KST Moschkau GmbH is an owner-managed, medium-sized family business and was founded in 1985 by Udo Moschkau, at that time still as a partnership.
Since 1992, KST has been based in the strategically located Kreuzau near Düren. Over the years, the main site has been regularly expanded and modernized, so that today, in addition to large-scale warehousing and logistics areas, the KST Academy training and education facility, the KST Innovation Center demo, research and development center, as well as extensive manufacturing facilities for the KST product lines are located in Kreuzau.
Despite the steady expansion of its own product manufacturing, KST, as a system integrator and project system house, deals with complex system solutions in the main business areas of Broadcast & ProAV and Media Technology.
Reliability and trust form the basis of customer, supplier and partner relationships. In this way, customers are permanently supported by the same project engineer during a project. This ensures that KST customers receive the best possible service throughout.
“Communication and studio technology” indicates the extensive field of activity of KST Moschkau GmbH. The focus is on the areas of Broadcast & ProAV, Media Technology and System Construction, here as an umbrella term for product manufacturing at KST.
Through its systems engineering and software development divisions, KST can complement projects with individual, economically viable solutions, but also produces stand-alone products, such as the CamBot.system launched in 2018.
With the KST Academy, founded in 2010, an intensive teaching operation has been established in Düren, on-site at the customer’s premises or online, which offers training for KST solutions and partner software.
The Innovation Center is a global demo, research and development center for the modern high-end film and TV production workflow. The entire product portfolio, from acquisition to distribution or archiving of finished production, is mapped here.
Due to the intensive, bidirectional partnerships with the relevant manufacturers, KST is able to stay ahead of the current market development and thus to enter the project planning with the latest approaches and to complement and improve conventional procedures accordingly.
With modern technologies and workflows, the design and use of virtual worlds is feasible even with limited budgets and minimal staff. KST Moschkau relies on real-time rendering technology and can achieve almost any photorealism by using the latest software. Virtuality thus opens up new possibilities that would not be feasible in the real world.
