It takes a good hour to get by car from Cologne/Bonn Airport to KST Moschkau GmbH in the Kreuzau/Stockheim industrial estate (district of Düren). It’s not far from there to the Belgian border. The company is located in a rather rural area, not very central. But it is well networked in the broadcasting and media technology industry and is registering a growing number of visitors with its services and offerings. Today, the KST Moschkau fields of activity include media technology, broadcasting, security technology and system construction. The family business was founded in 1984 by Udo Moschkau and is today managed by his son Axel and his grandson Felix. The three-generation cooperation obviously works well. The company has grown continuously in recent years and is now a hot spot in Germany not only for training and further education, but also for the development and testing of virtual studio technology. In this area Felix Moschkau has become an expert and driver of activities. In order to create more space for the customer presentation area, KST Moschkau started in 2010 to add a production hall to the basic building. In addition to further offices, the so-called KSTacademy was also accommodated there, which offers training and further education measures.
