KST Moschkau is a certified technical support partner for Zero Density for the DACH and Western/Central Europe area.
Zero Density announces the new Certified Technical Support Partner Program (CTSP). It is designed to ensure that broadcasters around the globe receive local support from experts who have been specifically trained in the technology.
The program puts together a partner network that can offer the same support as Zero Density’s TSS experts. For the DACH area and for Western/Central Europe, KST Moschkau takes over this part.
Zero Density’s new program takes into account user convenience in terms of location and language. For broadcasters and real-time graphics teams, CTSP means they can easily submit technical support tickets to local experts in their preferred language – and get the help they expect from Zero Density.
Burak Geyik, Technical Support & Services Manager, says: “With the CTSP program, our customers can take advantage of Zero Density’s in-house expertise – while receiving support from specialists in the same language and time zone. Through the same support portal, CTSP engineers are in contact with ZD engineers when needed.”
Certified partners receive extensive training to master the most comprehensive virtual studio, augmented reality and broadcast graphics tools. With access to Zero Density’s own support portal, partners can tap into Zero Density’s knowledge to help professionals with projects ranging from broadcast to live events and more.
“We are pleased to be Zero Density’s first certified technical support partner. This allows us to expand our support offering to new and existing customers in Germany and beyond,” said Axel Moschkau, managing director of KST Moschkau. “Our technicians can now offer the same services.”
